All accounts must complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification before withdrawal privileges are granted. Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months are considered inactive. After 18 months of inactivity, we may charge a monthly maintenance fee of Rp 50,000 or close the account and remit remaining funds to your registered bank account (minus any administrative fees).
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms or your use of duar77 services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Indonesia. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection based on inconvenient forum.
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
